The FC80 Portable CPAP Cleaner & Sanitizer provides universal cleaning for CPAP machine equipment, ensuring the sterilization and longevity of your CPAP machine. The disinfection process used by this self-maintaining device does not require any water or chemicals. The natural ozone cleaner generates using a chemical-free process. As UV light in the ozone enclosure comes into contact with air pulled through the single air inlet, the attached CPAP equipment is sanitized and disinfected. This UV cleaner features a portable design for storage in small spaces or travel and includes a built-in rechargeable 2200mAH lithium-ion battery.

It is recommended for CPAP users to clean their equipment daily to prevent infections or illnesses. The FC80 Cleaning System produces O3 that kills 99.9% of all germs, bacteria, and mold. Pressing the front-facing power button one time begins the automatic 30-minute sanitation cycle. The device operates quietly when in use.

Compatibility

Equipment is attached to the FC80 using the included tubing adapter. Respirators, hoses, pipes, masks, and humidifiers are all compatible for sterilization with the FC80. The included adapter connects to a wide variety of tubing sizes for universal compatibility with CPAP products.

Quiet Operation

The FC80 sanitizing system operates quietly throughout the device’s cleaning cycle, allowing the machine to run without disturbing others within a close distance of the device. The device is safe to run without requiring the user to monitor or adjust the machine while in use. The FC80 does not require or calibration or regular maintenance between cleaning cycles.



Ozone Sterilization

The device’s ozone generates from UV light, without the need for liquids or chemicals that might be messy or hazardous. The FC80 sanitizes CPAP equipment with O3 produced in the FC80’s enclosure, ensuring the equipment is free of germs, mold, and bacteria. The duration of the sanitation cycle determines the ozone concentration that the FC80 produces. The sanitation cycle automatically runs for 35 minutes (30 minutes for ozone, 5 minutes for fresh air). After sanitation, it is recommended for users to wait one hour before using the sanitized equipment to ensure ozone residue odor is not present on the device.



The digital LCD screen displays the device’s current battery charge level, ozone status, fan status, and the cleaning-time readout. The device pulls in air through the air inlet and cycles clean O3 through your connected CPAP components. The cleaning cycle automatically sanitizes your CPAP products for use in breathing treatments, sleep apnea treatments, and other forms of CPAP-based treatments.

The FC80 is budget-friendly, requiring zero chemicals to disinfect your CPAP machine products. The FC80 also includes a built-in rechargeable 2200mAH lithium-ion battery. Charging the device requires a micro USB cable (included).



Instructions

  1. Press and hold the power button for three seconds. A buzzer will ring 1 time (short sound), and the working indicator lights will turn on to indicate that the disinfection machine is ready.
  2. Allow the machine to run for 30 minutes to complete the disinfection.
  3. After the disinfectant cycle ends, the buzzer will ring 1 time. The machine and the display automatically turn off.

Note: If the disinfectant cycle needs to be terminated while in progress, the power button can be held down for 3 seconds to turn the machine off manually. The buzzer will ring once before shutdown to indicate that the device has been turned off.




Frequently Asked Questions


Can not turn on the device. Connect the device to the charger and plug into power outlet.
Charging indicator doesn’t light up. Please check if the adapter is connected correctly.
Cannot turn on the machine after charging. Please check whether the charging connection is correct. If still unable to turn on, send for repair.
Device doesn’t stop automatically. Turn on the machine again. If this happens repeatedly, send in for replacement.
No O3 generated.
  1. If you turn on the device but the light and fan do not turn on, connect the device to the charger to recharge. After fully charged, try again.
  2. Clean the ozone generator (Please refer to CARE AND CLEAN).
  3. If the working light turns on but the fan doesn’t work, send for replacement.
